                             RESOLUTION NO.   21120 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
                  CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL
                  SERVICES WITH THE CHATTANOOGA HOUSING
                  AUTHORITY WITH RESPECT TO DOWNTOWN
                  REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS. 
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the City of Chattanooga enter into a 

       Contract for Technical and Professional Services with the
       Chattanooga Housing Authority substantially in accordance with 
the
       contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
       hereof.
